Submitting this application is not a guarantee or approval for adoption, it does not place a hold on a specific pet.

The adoption process is never a first come first serve basis, it is always which home is the most suitable for the pet.

If your application is accepted and we feel your home may be a good fit, we will then contact you to proceed. You may need to check your spam folder for emails and if we text you or call you it will be from a 865 area code.

Application, Vet reference and a home inspection are all required with no exceptions.

I/We have read and understand that any misrepresentation of the above information authorizes woofwoof fosters to deny application, and/or reclaim the pet I adopt from them. I acknowledge that woofwoof fosters cannot guarantee any animals against parasites, disease, or destructive behavior.

A home inspection is part of woofwoof fosters adoption process and woofwoof fosters will not adopt without completion of the application and home inspection. Please type your name below showing understanding of this.

I/We understand that the adoption donation fee is non-refundable. By checking this box you indicate that you understand that if you are approved and adopt a dog, the adoption donation fee will be due in full. We will not hold any dogs for ANYONE without the adoption fee being paid in full.

If you pay the fee, but can't pick up dog within 7 days, there will be a daily boarding of $10 a day. This will cover food and any other care costs. If the dog is due for monthly preventatives or needs medicine during this time, you will be responsible for this cost.

By electronically signing this form, you hereby agree that you have provided factual information to the best of your knowledge on this application. You understand that falsifying information will prohibit you from adopting a pet from us as well as from other rescues or shelters in the community. You also understand that falsifying information on this application can result in woofwoof fosters revoking your adoption agreement and removing the pet from your care if you are the selected individual for adoption.
